升级到版本4.3.7后，点击左侧栏的服务器端文件夹，右键选择下载后，能触发右侧“传输管理”窗口，但是不能触发下载行为。
如果选择的是文件，则一切正常。
从2.几升级来的，先前版本无此问题。
确实，不管是文件下载还是上传都一样
